• Eligibility: Drivers must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Somalian or International Driver's License.
• Fuel Policy: Vehicles are provided with a full/partial tank and must be returned at the same level. A refill fee applies otherwise.
• Late Returns: A grace period of 2 hours is allowed. Beyond this, a half-day or full-day penalty rate may apply.
• Usage: Rental vehicles are for use within the agreed regions only. Off-roading in non-4x4 vehicles is strictly prohibited.

All vehicle purchases are subject to a formal Sales Agreement. We guarantee that all vehicles are legally imported and cleared. Warranty terms vary by vehicle condition (New vs. Used) and will be explicitly stated in the bill of sale.

• Check-in/Out: Standard check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
• Damage Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover potential damages.
• Behavior: Guests are expected to maintain social decorum. Illegal activities or excessive noise that disturbs neighbors will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Nashaad Flight Tickets acts as an intermediary between travelers and airlines. By booking with us, you agree to the specific airline's conditions of carriage. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that names match passport details exactly. Nashaad Group is not liable for entry refusals due to visa issues.

• Confirmation: Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service date may be eligible for a partial refund. Flights are subject to airline-specific refund/change fees.
• Refund Method: All refunds are processed via the original payment method or as service credit within 7-14 business days.
